Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team at the Center for Equity & Excellence in Teaching & Learning (CEETL) at San Francisco State University. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development, delivery, tracking, data collection, and communications on CEETL programs and services. This is a full-time, one-year probationary position with a competitive salary range of $5,945.00 per month ($71,340.00 annually). Responsibilities: Lead day-to-day operations for CEETL projects and services programs, coordinating project tasks across student assistants and team members. Develop and maintain project-related databases, collect quantitative and qualitative data, and synthesize information for reports and newsletters. Provide operational support and serve as the CEETL liaison for rotating faculty fellows and directors. Develop, write, edit, and proofread communications in support of CEETL services and programming. Collaborate with internal and external partners on the theme, design, content, and layout of web-based and social media publications. Participate in the maintenance, development, and ongoing management of the CEETL website and social media. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, educational technology, communications, or related fields. 2+ years of experience working in higher education. Excellent interpersonal and public communication skills, including advanced listening, speaking, writing, presentation, and organizational skills. Demonstrated experience leading projects and/or teams. Knowledge of statistical and/or research databases. Ability to collect quantitative and qualitative data and analyze data requirements. Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree or equivalent experience. Multimodal higher education teaching or mentoring experience. Knowledge of, and proficiency in, standard open-source and proprietary software applications used at SF State. Work Environment: This is a full-time, one-year probationary position. The work schedule is in-person: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 9:00 am-6:00 pm, and remote: Monday, Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. The position requires working on-site 3 days per week.
