Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, video calls, and live chats, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Utilize your home computer and internet connection to access our virtual support platform and assist customers with their support questions.
- Participate in training and certification programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, with a variety of schedules available to accommodate your needs.
- Work a minimum of 40 hours per week, with the flexibility to choose your own hours and schedule, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and overtime.
- Collaborate with our team to achieve customer satisfaction goals and objectives, and contribute to the growth and success of our virtual support team.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- 6+ months of customer service and/or administrative experience, with call center or phone support experience preferred.
- A dedicated home office setting with a computer, internet connection, and headset, and a willingness to invest in the necessary equipment and technology to perform the job duties.
- High level of professionalism, excellent typing, communication, and computer skills, and a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work overtime and/or weekends as needed, and a willingness to submit to a standard background check, drug test, technology check, and voice assessments.
Technical Requirements
To perform the job duties, you will need to meet the following technical requirements:
- CPU: i5 (or equivalent), i7 recommended, with no Atom, Celeron, Pentium, or Opteron processors.
- Internet Download Speed: 5Mbs down speed minimum, and Internet Upload Speed: 3Mbs up speed minimum.
- Network Latency: Max 250 MS latency max, and OS: Win 8.1 (64bit), Win 10 (64bit).
- RAM: 4GB minimum, 8GB recommended, and a home office set up with an ethernet cord to connect to your computer.
- Chromebooks, iPads, or similar devices are not acceptable, and you must have a desktop or laptop connected to a nearby router or wall for firewall/security purposes.

- Previous experience working in a virtual support environment or call center.
- Strong knowledge of customer support software and technology, including operating systems, CPU, and internet connectivity.
