As a Social Media Sales Representative at arenaflex, you will be part of a highly skilled client success team with the core aim of starting authentic conversations that lead to selling coaching programs through Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms. You will work closely with our teams to sell for one of our clients, a Business Coach, speaking as them on their social media platforms. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include starting new conversations, follow-ups, organic account growth, replying to active leads, and closing sales, as well as management and daily communication tasks.
To be part of our team, you will need to have an Advanced/Native C1-C2 level of English, a stable internet connection, a fully working desktop/laptop and smartphone, and full-time availability (8 hours a day and 2 hours on weekends). You must be located in any country in Latin America or Brazil and have proven experience of at least 4 months in sales/customer service roles. We are looking for individuals who are 100% confident in their English skills and have a high interest and commitment to learning, making money, working with trial and error, and being challenged daily.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You must be highly motivated and driven, with a strong desire to learn and grow. We are looking for individuals who are creative, innovative, and passionate about sales and customer service.
