- Promote and sell air travel to the traveling public or freight forwarders
- Provide assistance with passenger check-in and load acceptance
- Interpret authority guidelines and requirements for domestic and international travel or shipment shipments
- Meet and dispatch aircraft within set-up times
- Provide assistance to troubled passengers and clients
- Protect company properties and revenue
- Ensure a safe travel experience for our customers
- Possess the physical ability and dexterity to perform various job-related tasks
- Use organizational skills to perform multiple tasks within a limited time period
- Be self-motivated and require minimal supervision
- Respond and assist during safety and emergency situations

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
- Bilingual language skills may be required in some locations
- Valid driver's license as required by local authorities
- Ability to pass FAA background checks to qualify for unescorted access to airport security areas (SIDA), if applicable
- Ability to obtain airport authority and/or US Customs security badges, if applicable
- Ability to work irregular and/or extended hours, including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to report to work on a regular and timely basis
