We're now seeking two talented Customer Service Specialists to join our elite team and contribute to our mission of delivering life-changing experiences to our clients. **About the Role**
As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic, supportive environment. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, answering inbound requests via phone, text, and email, and making outbound calls to resolve billing and policy-related issues. You'll also have the chance to participate in unique projects, develop your skills, and contribute to our team's success.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Answer inbound requests from customers via phone, text, and email to help them with coverages, questions, policy changes, and billing updates.
* Manage and organize emails, follow-up tasks, and customer outreach to ensure timely and effective communication.
* Make outbound calls to customers regarding billing, policy changes, and answering their requests.
* Act as an advocate for our clients by advising them on potential risk and recommending tailored insurance coverages specific to each customer.
* Represent the company in a positive light by always doing what's right for the client.
* Participate in unique projects and contribute to the growth and development of our team.
**Requirements**
* Property & Casualty License (Required) or Personal Lines License
* Prior insurance experience
* Bilingual – Spanish (a plus)
* Excellent problem-solving skills, above-average computer and telephone skills, and a strong work ethic
* Enthusiastic, positive attitude, and a spirit of cooperation and teamwork
* Willingness to learn and participate in your own education and training
* Desire to drive your own career and success
