As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in supporting our John Deere Experience process and tag & title operations at our Corporate Office in Boston, GA. As a customer-centric organization, we prioritize building strong relationships with our clients and delivering tailored solutions to meet their unique needs. **Key Responsibilities** As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: • **Supporting the John Deere Experience Process**: Contact customers monthly to gather feedback and insights, follow up on calls and survey responses, and regularly communicate experience information to key store team members. • **Tag & Title Operations**: Prepare, process, and mail tag and title documents for trailer sales in Florida and Georgia, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. • **Outstanding Title Management**: Compile and maintain a complete list of all outstanding title work, report to leadership on the status of any missing or problematic titles, and ensure a current list of outstanding titles is maintained at the end of each month. • **Regulatory Compliance**: Stay informed about title regulations, update the team on any regulatory changes, and attend seminars and training as necessary to ensure compliance. • **Time Management**: Apply effective time management to all tag and title daily routines, complete other tasks as assigned, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need: • **Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent**: From a two-year college or technical school, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. • **Technical skills**: Proficient with copiers, scanners, phone and voicemail systems, personal computers, and standard office software such as Microsoft Word and Excel. • **Clerical duties**: Ability to perform typing, filing, and completion of forms with accuracy and attention to detail. **Nice-to-Haves** While not required, the following skills and experience would be beneficial: • **Customer service experience**: Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced environment. • **Regulatory knowledge**: Familiarity with title regulations and compliance requirements. • **Time management**: Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. **Benefits** As an arenaflex team member, you'll enjoy: • **Comprehensive healthcare options**: Including Medical (HSA with $1040 company contribution) or Copay plan, Dental, Vision, and other options. • **Free Basic Life Insurance Policy**: Providing peace of mind for you and your loved ones. • **401k Retirement Plan**: With Company Match, helping you build a secure financial future. • **Paid time off**: Enjoy Christmas and other holidays, with a quick tenure to maximum PTO. **Why Join Arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a work environment that's engaging, inclusive, and supportive.
