* Utilizing DDE systems to enter and manage claims directly with Medicare
* Leveraging Inovalon software for claims tracking, data verification, and performance optimization
* Reviewing resident data and supporting documentation to ensure completeness and billing accuracy
* Following up on claim rejections, denials, and adjustments; correcting and resubmitting as necessary
* Coordinating with nursing home staff and billing departments to resolve discrepancies
* Maintaining organized records of all billing activities and documentation
* Staying up-to-date with Medicare regulations and billing changes relevant to skilled nursing facilities
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Proven experience in data entry or billing within a healthcare setting, preferably long-term care or nursing homes
