We are seeking dedicated LPNs for full-time and part-time positions with flexible scheduling options across day, evening, or overnight shifts.
Assess and monitor residents’ nursing care needs on an ongoing basis.
Provide direct care and clinical supervision to nursing staff.
Ensure timely and accurate documentation of care provided.
Delegate tasks and guide support staff in their daily responsibilities.
Administer treatments and evaluate their effectiveness.
Participate in resident and family education as needed.
Support a collaborative, respectful environment.
Perform additional duties as assigned by Nurse Managers or other leadership.
Current NYS Practical Nurse (LPN) License required at time of hire.

Geriatric and/or Long-Term Care experience preferred.
CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
Strong computer and clinical documentation skills.
Flexibility to adapt to the changing needs of the facility and households.
Availability for holidays and weekends on a rotating basis.
Team-oriented, compassionate, and professional demeanor.
Ability to work independently while also thriving in a team environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to perform essential job functions (reasonable accommodations considered).
