Your primary responsibilities will include: * Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external clients through phone, email, and chat support * Managing data entry tasks, including but not limited to, patient information, prescriptions, and medical records * Ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of data entry processes, including data validation and quality control * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve operational processes * Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines and regulations * Performing other tasks as assigned by management to meet business objectives **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients through phone, email, and chat support * Manage data entry tasks, including but not limited to, patient information, prescriptions, and medical records * Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of data entry processes, including data validation and quality control * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve operational processes * Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines and regulations * Perform other tasks as assigned by management to meet business objectives **Essential Qualifications** * Current pharmacist license as allowed by the relevant state licensing authority * Experience in promoting colleagues to research and resolve issues * Experience working with confidential information * Ability to work non-standard hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays * Experience using time management skills, such as prioritizing, organizing, and following details and meeting time constraints of multiple tasks with varying completion dates * Experience creating ways to achieve objectives with minimal oversight, relying on oneself to complete tasks and deciding when to escalate issues * Experience providing customer support to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction * Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state) **Preferred Qualifications** * Ability to obtain other state pharmacy licenses if necessary * Knowledge of insurance plans * Knowledge of PC operating systems, including Radio, Commitment, and Plus * Basic level expertise in Microsoft Excel (e.g., opening a workbook, inserting a row, selecting font and size, formatting cells as currency, using copy, paste, and save capabilities, adjusting text, selecting cells, renaming a worksheet, inserting a section, selecting a chart style, inserting a worksheet, setting margins, selecting page orientation, using spell check or printing worksheets) * Basic level expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint (e.g., inserting, modifying, saving, and deleting slides, navigating between slides, expanding outline level, adding, focusing, and altering text, changing views, inserting a table or a note, moving items, printing slide view as well as running a slide show) * Basic level expertise in Microsoft Word (e.g., opening a document, cutting, pasting, and adjusting text, selecting font type and size, changing margins and paragraph width, formatting, inserting objects, pictures, and dates, using find and replace, fix, spell check, track changes, review sheet or printing capabilities) **What We Offer** * Competitive salary * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance * Paid time off and holidays * Access to cutting-edge technology and tools * Opportunities for professional certification and continuing education **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for the Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist position at arenaflex.
