Superlanet is seeking an Epic Ambulatory Analyst with specialized experience in Kaleidoscope to support our healthcare client in Texas. This is a direct hire, primarily remote position, with occasional onsite travel required. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ambulatory clinical workflows and proven experience configuring Epic modules to support orthopedic and ophthalmology specialties.
Responsibilities:
- Configure, build, test, and maintain the Epic Ambulatory system with a focus on Kaleidoscope
- Collaborate with clinicians, department leads, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Translate complex clinical workflows into effective Epic configurations.
- Provide support during system go-lives, upgrades, and ongoing optimization efforts.
- Deliver end-user support and training materials for new implementations and updates.
- Troubleshoot application issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure timely resolution.
- Participate in project planning, status meetings, and cross-functional collaboration.
Qualifications:
- Active Epic Certification or Accreditation (or eligibility) in the relevant core application is required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a health, science, or business-related field.
- In lieu of a degree, four (4) years of related professional experience supporting clinical, ancillary, or business environments will be considered.
- At least 3-5 years of experience supporting Epic Ambulatory applications in a clinical setting.
- Strong knowledge of clinical information systems, clinical informatics, data management, and application administration.
- Proven success in information systems implementation, development, and support within a large-scale healthcare organization.
