You will work closely with our team of experts to analyze incidents, develop quick response strategies, and enhance our defenses. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in emergency management, threat assessment, and collaboration, setting you up for a successful and rewarding career in cybersecurity. **Key Responsibilities** * Work with business clients to conduct needs analysis related to systems and business processes to develop high-quality technical solutions * Ensure solutions are aligned with internal tooling, business processes, and departmental standards * Manage timelines for planning, coding, testing, and implementation to ensure solutions are delivered on time and within budget * Act as a resource to ensure effective communication between business and IT groups * Participate in system and acceptance testing * Scope of work varies depending on the team project **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field * Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required * Fundamental knowledge of data security and threat mitigation standards, theories, and practices * Experience or exposure to Proofpoint PhishAlarm preferred * Experience or knowledge of ServiceNow Administration, Risk and Compliance (GRC) preferred * Basic knowledge of business analysis, process modeling, and improvement is preferred * Major understanding of project management systems including the ability to plan, manage, and maintain a complex, organization-wide program is preferred * Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with all levels within the organization, including both technical and non-technical stakeholders is preferred * Fundamental knowledge of technical environment is required * Openness to Agile philosophies is preferred * Coursework or experience related to Network Security is preferred * Ability to remain organized and manage multiple and simultaneous tasks under tight deadlines is required * Past investigator entry-level position experience within the past year is preferred * Experience tackling business problems in a capstone or case competition is preferred * Functions well in a culture that is open, direct, conscious, gracious, and empathetic * Fast learner, self-motivated, team-oriented, with a sense of humor **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a cybersecurity or IT-related field * Knowledge of threat intelligence, incident response, and security information and event management (SIEM) systems * Experience with security frameworks, regulations, and standards (e.g., NIST, HIPAA, PCI-DSS) * Familiarity with cloud security, virtualization, and containerization * Experience with security testing, vulnerability assessment, and penetration testing * Knowledge of security governance, risk management, and compliance **What We Offer** * Competitive hourly rate of $25/hour * Opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects and contribute to our mission * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Professional development and growth opportunities * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options * Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) matching program * Paid time off and holidays * Access to our state-of-the-art training facilities and resources **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for cybersecurity and network protection, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
