Position at a Glance:

Job Summary:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our internal and external customers. You will be responsible for identifying customer needs, resolving problems, and partnering with billing and eligibility specialists to ensure seamless issue resolution. This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours of work per week, Monday through Friday, with flexibility to work any 8-hour shift between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm CST. Occasional weekends and overtime may be required to meet business needs.
