About the position
Responsibilities
• Manage transition teams and all transition activities associated with a transaction
• Be a working manager who understands the details while providing thought leadership to the Business Groups, Enterprise Functions, and your team
• Be driven by deadlines and manage key details in a complex transition environment
• Interact with senior leadership and major stakeholders to establish Transition and Integration plans
• Create and deliver presentations to senior management on status and plans, including progress reports
• Develop and implement program level processes, procedures, and performance metrics
• Manage and partner with a large cross-enterprise team
• Need strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams at the same time
• Work in a highly confidential environment and self-manage your work and your team's work
Requirements
• 6+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
• 3+ years Management or leadership experience
