- Listen effectively and show compassion, using internal resources to find the best solution for clients

- Be educated and perform multiple tasks, navigating various programs, tabs, tools, and separate orders to answer questions efficiently

Essential Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Hold a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Be fluent in Spanish and English, with the ability to read, write, and comprehend both languages
- Have knowledge of working within Windows Operating Systems or equivalent
- Be available to attend our 100% mandatory training, with no exceptions for misses, downtime, or lateness
- Be willing to pass our candidate evaluation to proceed with the screening process
