Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst with experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ/IdentityNow to support identity and access management (IAM) initiatives. The ideal candidate will bridge business needs with technical solutions, ensuring effective implementation and optimization of SailPoint solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to IAM and SailPoint solutions
• Work closely with stakeholders, developers, and IAM teams to translate business needs into functional specifications
• Support implementation and enhancement of SailPoint IdentityIQ / IdentityNow
• Conduct gap analysis, impact analysis, and process mapping
• Collaborate on user provisioning, role management, and access certification processes
• Assist in defining workflows, policies, and governance models within SailPoint
• Participate in testing (UAT), validation, and deployment activities
• Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards
• Prepare documentation such as BRD, FRD, and use cases
Required Skills:
• Strong experience as a Business Analyst in IAM domain
• Hands-on experience with SailPoint (IdentityIQ or IdentityNow)
• Knowledge of user lifecycle management, provisioning, and access governance
• Experience in requirement gathering and stakeholder management
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong analytical and communication skills
Preferred Skills:
• Knowledge of LDAP, Active Directory, or Azure AD
• Understanding of compliance frameworks (SOX, GDPR, etc.)
• Experience with IAM tools besides SailPoint (Okta, CyberArk, etc.)
• Basic understanding of APIs and integrations
