Responsibilities
- Delivering exceptional customer service that drives client satisfaction, retention, and trust
- Diagnoses, repair, and troubleshoot both hardware and software issues to reduce downtime and callbacks
- Install, service, and upgrade Pitney Bowes Shipping & Mailing equipment, ensuring clients are fully trained and confident in their use
- Manage a multi‑zip‑code territory within 4 hours of Billings, MT, with up to 80% driving time
- Use hand tools and small power tools to perform repairs, maintenance, and installations
- Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment always
Skills
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US
- Must have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation
- Can lift 55+ lbs. and bend, squat, stoop, or stand for extended periods
- Enjoy working with and repairing mechanical or electrical components
- Are comfortable with significant driving time and working independently in the field
- Are motivated by the opportunity to earn additional income through service and parts sales
- Are familiar with Windows, PCs, and basic networking
- Have experience with automated or electro‑mechanical equipment
