Job Description: • Design and implement marketing analytics frameworks to measure performance across channels • Set up and manage tracking systems (e.g., GA4, AppsFlyer, Segment, Mixpanel) • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting to monitor KPIs and campaign performance • Analyze data across paid, organic, lifecycle, and product channels to identify insights and opportunities • Develop and refine attribution models to better understand channel impact • Support Media Mix Modeling (MMM) and other advanced measurement approaches • Partner with marketing, product, and data teams to ensure data accuracy and alignment • Translate data into clear recommendations for stakeholders Requirements: • Strong foundation in marketing analytics and performance measurement • Experience with analytics and attribution tools (e.g., GA4, AppsFlyer, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Segment) • Experience building dashboards using tools such as Looker, Tableau, or similar • Familiarity with attribution methodologies (multi-touch attribution, incrementality testing, MMM) • Ability to synthesize large datasets into actionable insights • Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly to stakeholders • Comfort working across multiple channels and marketing functions Benefits:
