Our team is comprised of talented professionals who are passionate about their work and committed to making a positive impact. **Job Summary** As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist – Administrative Support, you'll play a critical role in supporting our QIC DME team by performing various data entry tasks, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional administrative support. This is a remote opportunity that offers the flexibility to work from home and a competitive compensation package that includes a range of benefits and rewards. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** * Enter accurate and complete data into computer programs, ensuring timely and efficient processing * Produce and maintain data reports, highlighting inconsistencies or issues that require management attention * Perform database queries to assist with analysis and report issues when necessary * Verify data entries for accuracy and completeness, ensuring compliance with established procedures * Undertake special projects, providing periodic and consistent information to management for each phase of the assigned project * Perform audits of own work and/or that of others to ensure conformance with established procedures * Assist in the processes required for medical case file creation and/or closing, including data entry and records management * Provide assistance with decision notification, including mailing decision letters to all parties and faxing the decision letter * Accurately update the Medicare Appeal system (MAS) and other databases * Demonstrate and maintain appropriate judgment with confidential information * Determine if work assignments need supervisor intervention * Perform other duties as may be assigned by management **Minimum Requirements** * High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required * 0-2 years of relevant experience required * Prior experience with Microsoft Office Suite preferred * Prior experience with Medicare Appeals and Systems preferred * Must be a US Citizen or have lived in the US for the last 5 years, working continuously for 3 years **Preferred Qualifications** * Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field * 2+ years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Access * Experience with Medicare Appeals and Systems * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills **Skills and Competencies** * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Access * Experience with database management and data analysis **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
