Investor Accounting Custodial Reconciliation Analyst III - Remote

Overview: We are seeking to fill the role of Investor Accounting Custodial Reconciliation Analyst III. The idealcandidate enjoys collaborating with clients, industry partners and internal teams to maximize outcomes for homeowners. Responsibilities: • Complete complex custodial reconciliations for Agencies, Guarantors, Private Investors, and Client Asset accounts within established guidelines and timelines. • Assist vendor with T&I custodial reconciliations as needed, and review/approve T&I reconciliations completed by vendor. • Assist with training and mentoring junior custodial reconciliation analysts. • Assist with audit requests, investor, internal, and external. • Assist with procedures, department projects, and process improvement efforts. • All other duties as assigned. Qualifications: • High School Diploma or equivalent. • 5+ years of investor accounting experience, mortgage servicing or mortgage banking industry preferred. • 5+ years of custodial bank reconciliation experience with GNMA, FNMA, FHLMC, or private investors preferred. • Advance knowledge of Lender Processing Services system (MSP product) or other mortgage servicing platform experience required. Advanced knowledge of complex Test of Cash logic, MSP cash flow and cash management- related activity. • Advanced proficiencu in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. • Advanced analytical and critical-thinking skills. • Advanced arithmetic to include addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, and decimals. • Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally with internal customers and external clients and investors. • Ability to work independently and exercise independent judgment. • Must be able to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.   Desired Skills and Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field of study. • Ability to work as part of a team to effectively meet deadlines.   Total Rewards LoanCare’s Total Rewards Package offers a comprehensive blend of health and welfare, financial, lifestyle and learning benefits to support employee well-being and engagement.
