About Us: Opus Total Health (opustotalhealth.com) is a premier holistic health center in West Greenwich, RI. We provide a range of services including Acupuncture, Naturopathic Medicine, Massage, and specialized care for chronic conditions like Lyme disease, infertility, and chronic pain. We aren't just a clinic; we are a roadmap to recovery for patients who haven't found answers elsewhere. The Goal: We are looking for a results-driven Social Media and PPC expert to take over our digital advertising. Our primary metric for success is simple: Increase high-quality leads and confirmed new patient bookings. We use Jane App for our booking system and have a website that serves as our primary conversion tool. We need someone who can bridge the gap between "clicks" and "actual appointments." Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Audit: Review our current presence (website, Facebook Pixel, past campaigns) and build a strategy to capture local demand. Google Ads (PPC): Capture "high intent" traffic for keywords related to acupuncture, chronic pain, functional medicine, and naturopathy in our local area. Social Media Ads (Meta): Design and manage Facebook and Instagram campaigns targeting specific demographics (e.g., chronic pain sufferers, fertility support, wellness-conscious seniors). Lead Tracking & Attribution: Ensure we can accurately track a lead from the ad click through to the Jane App booking. Creative Oversight: While we can provide assets, we need you to advise on high-converting ad copy and imagery that resonates with people looking for holistic healing. Reporting: Monthly (or bi-weekly) updates on Spend, Cost-per-Lead (CPL), and Cost-per-Booking. The Ideal Candidate: Healthcare/Wellness Experience: You understand the restrictions and best practices for advertising medical and wellness services (especially on Meta). Local Lead Gen Expert: You have a proven track record of driving foot traffic or bookings for brick-and-mortar businesses. Data-Driven: You don’t just report on "impressions", you care about ROI and the bottom line. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Mindset: Help us optimize website content and landing pages as needed Project Details: Type: Ongoing monthly management. Management Budget: I don't know what to expect, initial setup fee and then ongoing monthly maintenance fee? Ad Spend Budget: Unknown. I imagine we will start with a larger budget to get things going and see what works and then optimize and tweak ad spend to drive leads seasonally.
