**About the Role**
As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of sports information across all ESPN platforms. You'll work closely with our team to gather and verify data, identify trends and patterns, and develop insights that inform our content and storytelling. Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work under pressure will be essential in this role.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of sports information across all ESPN platforms
* Gather and verify data from various sources, including computerized information feeds and manual data entry
* Identify trends and patterns in data and develop insights that inform our content and storytelling
* Collaborate with our team to develop and refine data management processes and systems
* Provide exceptional customer service to our fans and customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to improve our data management processes and systems
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science
* 2+ years of experience in data entry, data analysis, or a related field
* Strong understanding of data management systems and processes
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 1+ years of experience in sports or data analysis, ideally in media
* Knowledge of how sports information is used in media and for research purposes
* Experience with Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
* Experience driving or training a team
* Ability to speak and write Spanish
* Experience using social media in a business or news context
