Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Social Media Customer Support Specialist to join our Sales and Digital Department. As a Sales and Digital Specialist, you will support multiple verticals, focusing on editorial placement of music on fitness apps, coordinating with select digital accounts, and directing our efforts in opportunities involving voice technology and smart speaker marketing. You will be responsible for ensuring that our podcasts are delivered to podcast platforms through our corporate distribution agreement, facilitating UGC sound delivery and claiming, supervising relevant Wiki pages, and managing pivot pages and QR Codes as needed.
