Essential and Preferred Qualifications

- Proficiency in utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and other modern recruitment tools to streamline the hiring process.

- Excellent project management skills and the capacity to meet deadlines, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- A proactive self-starter who thrives in a remote work environment, with the ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team.
Additionally, the following qualifications are advantageous:
- Relevant experience in talent acquisition, particularly within the blockchain or Web3 industries.
- Experience in corporate or business talent hiring for Web3/Crypto companies, with a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in this space.
