Responsibilities:
- Manage internal accounts, including account creation, closure, and the optimization of the account structure to streamline the existing system.
- Approve and execute daily fund transfers and management activities, while driving the continuous optimization and automation of related processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial support for day-to-day operations.
- Assist in data consolidation and analysis, ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery.
- Work closely with the accounting team to ensure smooth month-end closing processes and the timely preparation of financial reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or professional accounting certifications (e.g., CPA, АССА, СІМА).
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Exceptional attention to detail with excellent analytical skill.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in the Crypto or Fintech industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in Chinese and English is essential.
