About This Role

As a Remote Customer Service Associate, you'll provide one-to-one inbound telephone contact with applicants, beneficiaries, and enrollees, addressing their concerns and questions regarding pensions and other financial benefits. You'll accurately document enrollment requests, status changes, complaints, and grievances, and maintain technical and program policy proficiency within client rules/guidelines.
