Job Summary
As a Remote Contact Center Representative, you will communicate and connect with established and prospective CBN partners through ministering prayer using accepted biblical doctrine, sharing information about CBN and its affiliated ministries, and encouraging financial support. This is a unique opportunity to serve a higher purpose while working from the comfort of your own home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound calls from CBN partners and prospective supporters, providing prayer, information, and encouragement.
- Minister prayer using accepted biblical doctrine, sharing relevant Scripture and biblical principles.
- Share information about CBN and its affiliated ministries, highlighting the impact of our work.
- Encourage financial support for CBN's ministries and programs.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of interactions with callers.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve performance goals and objectives.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Essential Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience as a contact center agent or similar customer service-related work.
- Excellent ability to effectively interact with callers and consistently perform contact center processes.
- Knowledge of the Bible and ability to pray concise, Scripture-based prayers.
- Strong listening skills with ability to verbally empathize with others.
- Fluent English language skills with ability to communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing.
- Strong reading comprehension skills with excellent ability to sound genuine and authentic while reading from a script.
- Ability to maintain a distraction-free home office environment.
- Ability to maintain consistent access to a high-speed cable or fiber internet router.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) language skills.
- Experience working in a religious or ministry-related environment.
- Familiarity with CBN's mission and purpose.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong computer skills, including use of Windows-based operating system, web browser, meeting tools, and email programs.
- Ability to navigate multiple applications and learn new software.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to establish professional rapport with all levels of management, staff, and outside public.
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently as well as be an effective member of a team.
- Flexible with ability to work well under pressure and consistently meet performance metrics.
- Good manual dexterity with ability to sit for extended periods of time at a computer workstation.

Compensation and Benefits:
CBN offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including:
- Competitive hourly rate ($15.00 per hour for English language Representatives).
- Full-time positions: 40 hours per week with full benefits, including healthcare.
- Part-time positions: 20-25 hours per week with benefits for vacation leave, sick leave, and 401(k) participation.
Remote Requirements:
- Reliable high-speed internet access with minimum speed of 50Mbps (no satellite dish, wireless internet service, or DSL).
- Must have router available to hardwire into computer equipment provided by CBN.
- Must maintain distraction-free home office environment.

Contact Center hours of operation:
- 6:00 a.m. - 12:00 a.m. EST (5:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m. CST).
