Our innovative CX solutions, technology, and expertise are designed to support operational needs for our clients and deliver a seamless experience to customers in the moments that matter. **Role Overview** As a Part Time Weekend Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients across various industries. You will work closely with clients to resolve customer inquiries, provide product information, and offer solutions to complex problems. You will also be required to support clients in English, in addition to the language you were hired for (French). **Key Responsibilities and Results** * Respond to all customer inquiries within given timescales, efficiently and effectively * Develop and maintain a full knowledge of client products and services * Recognize when a problem or query should be transferred to another department or a more senior member of staff * Deal with all correspondence as requested/required * Log all calls accurately and in line with procedure * Maintain and update all administration * Consult product manuals to advise customers of appropriate options/solutions * Meet minimum monitoring criteria * Meet and exceed daily/weekly targets **Pre-Recruitment Experience, Knowledge, and Skills Required** * Fluent in English and French * Experience of or aptitude for Customer Service * Good organizational skills * A minimum of 20 wpm on a keyboard * A working knowledge of MS Word / Excel * Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm in all situations * Ability to work on own initiative and under pressure in order to achieve deadlines * ECDL qualification an advantage **Work Schedule** * Saturday and Sunday, 7.5 hours per day between 8:30am and 11pm * Mostly dayshift, with some flexibility to work evening shifts as required * First two weeks of training will be full-time Monday to Friday **What We Offer** * Competitive salary * Part-time position with 15 hours per week * Learning and Development courses * Career opportunities within the account * Monthly incentives * Opportunity to work with a global leader in the CX industry * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **Why Join arenaflex?** We believe experiences are everything, and that happy associates are successful ones.
