**Key Responsibilities**
As a Phone and Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Managing large volumes of inbound and outbound calls in a timely and efficient manner
* Handling multiple chat channels simultaneously, providing seamless support to our clients
* Following established communication scripts to ensure consistency and accuracy
* Identifying customers' needs, clarifying information, researching, and providing solutions and/or alternatives
* Accessing company and client resources to accurately handle calls
* Performing data entry and customer service tasks with precision and attention to detail
* Navigating online platforms efficiently to access client information and resources
* Working requests/records received for those requesting to sign up for a shift
* Identifying customers' needs, researching to see if requests have the necessary credentials

**Essential Qualifications**

* 1 year of previous call center or office background experience required
* Technical savvy and proficiency in navigating online platforms
* Previous remote work from home experience a plus
* Quick learning skills and ability to work independently
* Accurate typing skills (35 words per minute)
* Strong phone and verbal communication skills, with active listening
* A background check applicable with state and federal laws

**Compensation, Perks, and Benefits**

* Competitive starting pay ($14/hour) with shift differential (extra $1/hr nights & weekends)
* Possible increase after 90 days pending attendance and performance
* Paid training (3 weeks in length) from 8:00am-5:00pm Mon-Fri (CST)
* Full-time 40 hours status
* Equipment provided option (equipment will be shipped to you for full-time permanent employees)
* Must have verified internet service (secure, reliable, and dedicated high-speed is required to support business needs) and an established dedicated work area (desk, chair, electrical outlet, direct LAN connection)
