About the Role
We are seeking a friendly, passionate, and self-driven individual to join our Customer Support Team as a part-time Customer Support Specialist, working remotely from Western Australia. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide expert advice on using our product via email, phone, and chat, ensuring a friendly and approachable tone.
- Engage with potential customers through email and video product demos, showcasing the benefits and features of our solution.
- Collect and synthesize customer insights, serving as the voice of the customer to help our marketing, design, and development teams improve their strategies and products.

Essential Qualifications

- Be located in Western Australia, as this is a requirement for the position.
- Be available and willing to work afternoons and evenings, with a minimum commitment of 21 hours per week.
- Have 12-24 months of proven work experience in customer support or community management, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional service.

Compensation and Benefits
