About the Role
We're seeking an exceptional Client Strategist and Customer Success Manager to join our team of business consultants. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing our customer relationships, working closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, and Operations teams of top hospitality and restaurant brands worldwide. Your day-to-day work will involve onboarding new clients, refining their hiring funnels, and delivering results using our innovative product. You'll nurture successful relationships, help customers understand our value, and drive business growth through strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboard new clients and develop tailored goals to ensure their success
- Educate clients on our product and process, coaching them through their recruiting efforts
- Create and monitor key metrics to ensure we meet and exceed client expectations
- Collaborate with our customer-facing team to guide product decisions and priorities based on client feedback
- Work cross-functionally to drive strategic projects in operations, sales, marketing, hiring, and customer experience
- Develop playbooks and best practices to help us scale and improve our services
- Build strong rapport and trust with our customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and expand our relationships
Ideal Candidate
To succeed in this role, you'll need a unique blend of skills, experience, and personal qualities. We're looking for someone with:
- A bachelor's degree and 2+ years of account management, sales, or customer-facing experience
- A proven track record of consistently achieving revenue targets and driving business growth
- Excellent communication and organization skills, with the ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects
- A high sense of ownership, emotional intelligence, and a passion for forming connections with customers
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to dive deep into data and processes to drive insights and improvements
