Job Overview
We're seeking a highly skilled and passionate Delivery Station Customer Service Associate to join our team at 9155 Derrington Road, Building 6, Houston, TX. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for communicating with customers directly in-person, as well as via phone and email, to resolve issues and provide exceptional support. Your goal will be to ensure that every customer interaction is positive and memorable, leaving a lasting impression and putting a smile on their face.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers directly in-person, in addition to communicating via phone and email to resolve issues and provide support
- Empathize with and prioritize customer needs, upholding company values and respecting every customer
- Resolve issues and set appropriate expectations with customers, clearly understanding and responding appropriately to the issues that customers present
- Consistently compose grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written responses to customer issues
- Approach problems logically and with good judgment to ensure the appropriate customer outcome, making quick and effective decisions on behalf of the customer
- Work a flexible Full-Time (40 hours per week) schedule, including Sunday-Thursday 11:00AM-8:00PM
- Perform tasks such as carrying, lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 49 pounds, frequently pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching
- Stand and walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, working in an environment where the noise level varies and can be loud (hearing protection will be provided)
- Work in an environment where the temperature may vary due to outside weather conditions and is not controlled

- High school diploma or equivalent required, with a bachelor's degree preferred
