- Collaborate with internal teams to manage the import queue, assign statuses, perform balance reconciliation, compare charges to relevant forms, identify and update errors, and route completed files to appropriate auditors.
- Effectively manage the intake and output of files, handling communication regarding questions, discrepancies, and errors in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify and report bugs or errors in the production environment, submitting service tickets for the development team's attention to ensure prompt resolution.
- Analyze data from various documents and systems, identifying trends and communicating insights to internal and external teams, with a focus on status updates, claims routing, intake efficiency, claim status, inventory, and volume.
- Ensure appropriate volume levels, verify effective data transfer protocols, and monitor file-sharing avenues to maintain seamless operations.
