**Position Summary**
As a full stack data scientist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for collaborating with our team of experts to develop and implement machine learning and statistical models that drive business growth and improve patient outcomes. You'll work on complex projects that require a deep understanding of machine learning, statistical analysis, and data visualization. You'll also be responsible for designing, coding, testing, debugging, and documenting your work, as well as providing technical guidance and support to your colleagues.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:
* 3+ years of experience in machine learning, data mining, statistics, applied mathematics, or a related field
* 3+ years of experience in machine learning with a focus on data-driven statistical modeling, discriminative methods, feature extraction and analysis, and supervised learning
* Fluency in a programming language such as Python, R, SQL, etc.
* Experience with data extraction, wrangling, visualization, and analysis
* Experience processing data from multiple sources and through large data platforms (such as GCP, AWS, etc.)
* Experience developing scalable machine learning models and solutions
* Experience learning and implementing statistical models, machine learning algorithms, or other custom-designed solutions that drive business impact and solve complex problems
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience improving existing data pipelines by exploring unstructured data sources and engineering new features
* Ability to provide technical guidance and support to colleagues
* Experience working with large datasets and complex data systems
* Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques
* Experience with cloud-based data platforms and tools
**Pay Range**
The normal pay range for this role is $92,700.00 - $185,400.00. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or annual full-time earnings for all positions within the job grade in which this role falls. The actual base earnings provided will depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, geography, and other applicable factors. This role is eligible for a bonus, fee, or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range.
