**Key Responsibilities and Job Elements**
As an Area Manager at arenaflex, you will be responsible for leading a team of hourly workforce and engaging them during their shifts to maintain the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Supporting, mentoring, and motivating your hourly workforce to achieve business objectives
* Managing safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises
* Collaborating with all support teams, including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources, to develop plans to meet business objectives
* Lifting up to 49 pounds and frequently pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching
* Standing/walking for up to 12 hours during shifts
* Working in an environment where the noise level varies and can be loud
* Working in an environment that is subject to variable temperatures and weather (delivery stations include outside loading departments)
* Continuously climbing and descending stairs (applies to sites with stairs)
**Essential Qualifications**
