As a key member of our data management department, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our electronic repositories and data stores. Key Responsibilities
- Enter character and number data from records, worksheets, and internet forms into the appropriate electronic data repositories and data stores with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Modify present data inputs when fresh details arrive, ensuring data consistency and relevance.
- Manage and update document storage for reference materials and assets, maintaining organized and easily accessible digital files.
- Assist with other general office duties, such as photocopying, sending faxes, filing, and data transcription, as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or comparable required; equivalent experience or education will be considered.
- Basic computer literacy skills; knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and data entry software a plus.
- Ability to input at least 35 words per minute (wpm) with high accuracy.
- Prior exposure to data transcription, customer service, customer care, merchandising, telesales, or scheduling is beneficial but not required.
