You'll provide exceptional customer service to patients, insurance companies, and clients, ensuring timely and accurate processing of billing records. Your expertise in medical billing and insurance will enable you to interpret insurance payments and correspondence, respond to internal and patient inquiries, and meet departmental quality and production standards. **Key Responsibilities:** • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, insurance companies, and clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. • Collect patient payments and perform other duties as assigned, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of accounts receivable transactions. • Interpret insurance payments and correspondence, accurately applying payment rules and regulations. • Process billing records within set timeframes, maintaining high levels of accuracy and productivity. • Meet departmental quality and production standards, adhering to arenaflex's policies and procedures. • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives, contributing to a positive and supportive work environment. • Make decisions based on interpretation of area/department policy and methods for completing assignments, exercising sound judgment and discretion. • Meet and exceed performance expectations, completing work within required timeframes and maintaining high levels of quality and productivity. **Essential Qualifications:** • 2-year experience in customer service working in the medical field, with a strong understanding of medical billing and insurance procedures. • Fluency in Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and clients. • Experience with MS Office tools, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access. • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. **Preferred Qualifications:** • Experience with ECW (e-Clinical Works), with a strong understanding of its features and functionality. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions. **Work Environment and Company Culture:** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a positive and supportive work environment that fosters growth, development, and well-being.
