Job Overview

We are seeking a full-time Customer Experience Specialist to join our remote customer service team, working from anywhere in the United States. This role will involve working rotating 2nd and 3rd shifts, including weekends and holidays, with a requirement to be flexible and available for overtime when needed. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, the ability to prioritize and multitask, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
