We are looking for a highly motivated and multilingual Customer Support Representative who is fluent in German, English, and Russian. As a key member of our support team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our players receive the best possible experience when interacting with our games. Your primary responsibility will be to provide technical support for our free-to-play mobile games across multiple platforms, managing player tickets, and collaborating with our support engineers to resolve issues efficiently.
