**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Care Agent at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing positive and engaging customer interactions through phone, email, and chat, showcasing your sparkling personality and passion for helping others
* Learning about our skincare products to become a skincare guru, and using this knowledge to educate customers about our monthly promotions with a consultative sales approach
* Calming the storm and resolving customer issues with care, using your critical thinking skills and adaptability to resolve complex problems
* Spotting trends in feedback to help make the arenaflex experience even better, and working with our sales, marketing, and warehouse teams to address customer feedback and improve service delivery
* Processing orders, returns, and exchanges with attention to detail, making it a seamless experience for the customer
* Maintaining accurate service tickets and using multiple computer programs and screens during customer interactions with ease
**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, with a passion for skincare and helping people feel fabulous
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage customers and colleagues alike
* A team player mindset, with a dash of independence and initiative-taking attitude
* Comfortable using multiple computer programs and screens during customer interactions, with a strong understanding of tools like Zendesk and Microsoft Outlook/Teams
* Strong selling to customer needs ability, with a knack for spotting trends in feedback and using this knowledge to improve the arenaflex experience
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, we're looking for candidates with:
* Experience in skincare, spa, or medical brands, with a passion for skincare and familiarity with arenaflex's products
* A Licensed Esthetician certification, which would be a valuable asset in this role
* Knowledge of SAP, Shopify, and/or CRM software, with experience in phone systems software
* A career-oriented attitude, with a positive and energetic approach to work
