**What You'll Be Doing**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative – Spanish-English, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service to our clients' customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Answering incoming communications from customers in a timely and professional manner
* Conducting research to provide accurate and helpful solutions to customers' issues
* Utilizing your product knowledge to consult with customers and resolve their concerns
* Collaborating with your team to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty
**What You Bring to the Role**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* At least 1 year of call center experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English
* Strong product knowledge and the ability to apply it to resolve customer issues
* Proficiency in computer software and hardware, with a reliable high-speed internet connection (at least 15mbps)

arenaflex is a remote-friendly company, and this role can be performed from anywhere in the United States. However, you must reside within 50 miles of Sacramento, CA.
