**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Finance Technology Enablement Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Finance organization, you'll be responsible for driving the investigation and planning of critical F&A systems. You'll work closely with stakeholders to identify, analyze, and co-create innovative solutions to support our Finance partners. Your expertise will help us stay ahead of the curve, leveraging emerging technologies to drive business success.
**Key Responsibilities**
As a Finance Technology Enablement Manager, you'll be responsible for:
* Creating connections and collaborating with key stakeholders to understand their functional and business needs.
* Working closely with internal partners to identify process improvement opportunities.
* Advancing our understanding of financial cycles, planning philosophies, frameworks, reports, and analyses.
* Serving as the liaison between the FP&A and application development teams to facilitate change.
* Performing and supporting ad-hoc analysis, modeling, and projects on a case-by-case basis.
* Continuously improving existing processes and driving innovation.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a postgraduate education is a plus.
* 5+ years of experience in accounting and finance, with a focus on financial technology.
* Strong working knowledge of financial reports and statements.
* A solid understanding of financial tools, data analytics, and data management.
* Excellent collaboration and project management skills.
* Strong leadership and team management abilities.
* The ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Experience with OneStream/CPM tools, SQL, and Power BI is a plus.
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications would be a significant advantage:
* Experience working with cloud-based financial systems and tools.
* Knowledge of data visualization and business intelligence platforms.
* Familiarity with agile project management methodologies.
* Certification in finance, accounting, or a related field.
