**Key Responsibilities:**
As an Experienced Client Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
* Researching service inquiries from Sales, Clients, Brokers, and internal partners
* Managing the resolution of inquiries in a timely manner
* Effectively communicating next steps and providing updates while meeting turnaround time requirements
* Tracking all interactions and maintaining accurate records
* Interacting with business partners in a professional manner through verbal and written communications
* Responding to service inquiries received via phone, chat, and email, including but not limited to, questions tied to eligibility, claims, authorization, benefits, and more
* Making outbound calls for projects as required
**What You Need to Do This Job:**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A High School Diploma or equivalent; an Advanced degree is preferred
* 2 years of experience working with multiple software and system-based applications, including database, spreadsheets, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
* 2 years of customer service background, with call center experience being a plus
* Previous health insurance experience or knowledge is preferred
* The ability to quickly understand customers' needs and expectations
* Strong verbal and written communication, as well as organizational skills to effectively communicate and interact with all levels within the organization
* Ability to manage multiple divergent priorities and deadlines
* Experience working independently and proactively
* Experience negotiating and managing expectations for mutually acceptable solutions
* Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
* Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills required
* Ability to effectively problem-solve issues to resolution
* Demonstrated interpersonal skills
**Work Environment and Requirements:**
As a remote employee, you will be required to work from home occasionally or permanently. To ensure a stable and secure connection, you must obtain internet access through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
