Job Summary and Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Admissions Liaison to join our team, playing a vital role in guiding potential clients through the initial phase of the admission process. As the first point of contact, you will facilitate a crucial step in moving potential clients into the admissions process, coordinating with our Admissions Counselors to ensure a seamless transition. Your primary functions will include managing early-stage lead volume, lead generation, and re-engagement efforts to foster movement in the admissions process. This position is ideal for entry-level behavioral health and sales-minded professionals looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Management of inbound lead volume, ensuring timely and effective communication with potential clients.
- Serving as the first point of contact and case management for future clients, providing compassionate and informative support.
- Re-engagement efforts to database leads, sharing information on the Alsana brand and treatment options to foster movement in the admissions process.
- Opportunity Development: working within a database of potential clients and marketing qualified leads to determine viability, create inquiries, and coordinate with Admissions Counselors.
- Managing marketing engagement platforms, including online chat services and Web to Lead follow-up and engagement.
- Enhancing the viability of early-stage leads and generating increased conversion to inquiry.
- Collaborating with the Growth Team to meet departmental sales goals and contributing to the development of strategic plans to achieve these objectives.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you will possess a unique blend of skills, including:
- A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Communications, Marketing, Business, or a closely related field.
- Strong ability to creatively problem-solve quickly, think critically, and work with a sense of urgency.
- Conversion (sales) minded, with experience in healthcare sales or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to instill motivation in potential clients and provide authentic, compassionate support.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Windows environment and ability to access and update information in a computer system.
- Ability to manage process, contain crisis, and work with a system with many moving parts.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in behavioral health or a related field, with a deep understanding of eating disorders and recovery processes.
- Familiarity with salesforce or similar CRM systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
