Key Responsibilities
In this dynamic role, your key responsibilities will include:
- Airbnb Management:
- Be on-call to address any issues that may arise with Airbnb guests, providing timely and effective solutions to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with our maintenance and housekeeping teams to resolve guest concerns promptly and efficiently.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure our properties remain in good condition and are ready for the next guest, adhering to our high standards of quality and cleanliness.
- Turo Vehicle Management:
- Handle the check-in and check-out process for vehicles, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our clients.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip inspections, including taking detailed photos of each vehicle to document its condition, and verify that all vehicles are in excellent working condition.
- Ensure vehicles are cleaned and prepared for guests before each rental, meeting our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Take post-trip photos upon vehicle return to verify the condition of the car, and coordinate with our team to address any issues or concerns.
- Coordinate vehicle deliveries and returns for guests who request delivery service, providing a convenient and hassle-free experience.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A valid driver’s license, which is mandatory for this position.
- Experience in customer service or property/vehicle management is preferred but not required; however, a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences is essential.
