Key Responsibilities: Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for customers, being attentive to their needs and providing personalized support. Manage customer orders with accuracy, perform transactions precisely, and ensure seamless customer experiences. Support the efficient management of inventory by assisting with restocking, reordering, and returns, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, prioritizing safety, productivity, and exceptional customer service. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with customers and team members. Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain attention to detail. Basic math skills and ability to operate equipment and tools safely and effectively. Knowledge of home improvement products and tools is an asset. Availability to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds. Endurance to stand, bend, and walk for prolonged periods. Ability to operate ladders and other equipment safely and effectively.
