Process and respond to academic inquiries according to established institutional and Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) policies. · Maintain expertise with Letters and Science curriculum as well as college and university policies and procedures. · Participate in the campus-wide advising community, university service, and engage in professional development activities.
