Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional experiences for millions of travelers worldwide, and we're looking for talented individuals like you to join our journey. **The Role** As an Experienced Full Stack Travel Representative – Inbound Sales & Customer Service, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and sales support to our existing owners. You'll take inbound calls, book travel arrangements, and offer personalized recommendations to meet our customers' needs. With your expertise in customer service and travel, you'll be the go-to person for all things travel-related. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide exceptional customer service to existing owners, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner * Book travel arrangements, including car rentals, airfare, hotel reservations, cruises, and activities, based on customers' interests and preferences * Offer personalized recommendations and suggestions to enhance customers' travel experiences * Utilize travel software programs and systems, such as Apollo, Sabre, or Worldspan, to efficiently manage bookings and customer information * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and resolve any issues that may arise * Meet or exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics **What You'll Bring:** * High School Diploma or GED required * Six months of customer service and sales experience * Six months of travel experience preferred * Ability to build rapport with customers quickly, ask probing questions, and offer additional services to meet their travel needs * Intermediate level proficiency with travel software programs and systems * Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure * Availability to work a set schedule, including evenings and weekends * Ability to work some holidays **Work from Home Requirements:** * Quiet workplace free of distractions * High-speed internet (DSL or Cable only, no Wi-Fi, satellite, or 5G) with download speed of 20mbps, upload speed 3mbps, and latency less than 100ms * Ability to hardwire computer directly to a router * Own personal device with a working camera for the first week of training * Intermediate computer proficiency and ability to troubleshoot technical issues while at home **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary, commensurate with experience * Flexible, hybrid remote arrangement for this position * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Comprehensive health and welfare benefits, including medical, dental, vision, flexible spending accounts, life and accident coverage, disability, and 401k with employer match * Paid time off, parental leave, and holidays * Wish day paid time to volunteer at an approved organization of your choice * Wellness program and Employee Assistance Program **Why Join blithequark?** At blithequark, we're passionate about delivering exceptional experiences for our customers and creating a positive impact on our communities.
