Job Summary We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Remote IT Customer Service Representative to join our team at blithequark. As a key member of our support team, you'll provide exceptional technical support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. You'll troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our software and hardware products, and provide guidance and solutions to customers in a timely and professional manner.
