Your expertise and knowledge of healthcare services, combined with your exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, will enable you to resolve complex customer issues and provide a positive experience for our customers. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide timely and effective support to customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat * Resolve complex customer issues and provide a positive experience for our customers * Utilize knowledge of healthcare services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction * Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and products to provide accurate and helpful information to customers * Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and quality metrics * Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge **Essential Qualifications** * Current pharmacist license as granted by the suitable state licensing authority * Experience promoting colleagues to research and resolve issues * Experience working with confidential information * Ability to work non-standard hours, which may include nights, holidays, and weekends * Experience utilizing time management skills, such as prioritizing, coordinating, and following details and meeting time constraints of multiple tasks with varying completion dates * Experience creating ways to achieve objectives with minimal oversight, relying on oneself to complete targets and determining when acceleration of issues is necessary * Experience providing customer support to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction **Preferred Qualifications** * Ability to acquire other state pharmacist licenses if necessary * Knowledge of insurance plans * Knowledge of computer operating systems, including Windows, Commitment, and Plus * Essential level expertise in Microsoft Excel (e.g., opening a workbook, inserting a row, selecting font type and size, formatting cells as currency, using copy, paste, and save capabilities, adjusting font, selecting cells, renaming a worksheet, inserting a section, selecting a chart style, inserting a worksheet, setting borders, selecting page orientation, using spell check or printing worksheets) * Essential level expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint (e.g., inserting, reworking, saving, and deleting slides, navigating between slides, expanding outline level, adding, focusing, and altering text, changing views, inserting a table or a note, moving items, printing slide view or running a slide show) * Essential level expertise in Microsoft Word (e.g., opening a document, cutting, pasting, and adjusting text, selecting font type and size, changing margins and column width, formatting, inserting objects, pictures, and dates, using find and replace, fix, spell check, track changes, review sheet, and print capabilities) **About Our Benefits** At blithequark, we are committed to providing our employees with a comprehensive benefits package that includes: * Health care benefits: We generally offer health care benefits, such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, to eligible employees.
