Revenue.io is actively searching for a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Engineer to join our acclaimed software team, specializing in the development of our Guided Selling Salesforce ISV package. The Guided Selling product package is distinguished by its deep integration with Salesforce, offering unparalleled sales engagement capabilities that consolidate sales process automation into a single, intuitive interface. In this Senior Engineer role, you will collaborate closely with Product and fellow Engineers to innovate and deliver the next generation of our product's features, tackling intricate challenges to achieve exceptional results. Primary Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned): • Design, develop, and deploy features for our Guided Selling Salesforce package, ensuring high quality and adherence to best practices. • Take ownership of features across the entire development lifecycle, working closely with your Product counterparts. • Architect and implement robust, scalable, and secure solutions within the Salesforce platform, with a strong focus on ISV considerations. • Apply industry best practices for Salesforce development, writing clean, secure, and maintainable code that is well tested and observable. Implement comprehensive unit, integration, and functional tests to ensure the reliability and stability of our Salesforce package. • Proactively identify and address technical debt, refactoring existing code to improve performance, scalability, and maintainability of the Salesforce package • Help ensure compliance with Salesforce AppExchange security and technical requirements for ISV partners. • Build expert-level proficiency with relevant 3rd party integrations • Identify and advocate for process improvements both within the team and at the organization level • Contribute pull request reviews and respond to feedback • Author technical documentation as needed to share knowledge on complex areas • Actively manage work in Jira, proactively communicating updates so as to keep constituents informed • Be an active and amazing teammate! Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience with Salesforce package development and configuration as well as a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform • 3+ years hands on experience with Salesforce developer toolkit including classes, web services, controllers, triggers, batch, queuable, schedulers, custom settings, custom metadata, SOQL • Proven experience in developing and deploying Salesforce ISV managed packages, with a deep understanding of package development best practices and limitations. • Demonstrated ability to design and implement complex, scalable, and performant solutions within the Salesforce platform. • Demonstrate excellent understanding of various governor limits applicable to Salesforce • Working knowledge of data structures and common architectural patterns • Experience with generative AI development tools (e.g., Claude, Copilot, ChatGPT or similar) • Demonstrated ability to effectively work in a remote team environment with minimal supervision Nice to haves: • Experience with JavaScript frameworks like React, Vue, Svelte and Angular • Experience with non-Salesforce database technologies, like SQL and Redis Salary Range $155,000—$180,000 USD Company Benefits Include • Paid parental leave • Flexible time off (US only) • Competitive salary • Multiple medical plans to choose from including HSA and FSA • Work from home flexibility Anti-Discrimination We consider applicants without regards to race, color, national origin, sex, age, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, veteran status, marital status, physical or mental disability, or other protected classes under all local, state, and federal laws and ordinances (AA/EOE/W/M/Vet/Disabled).
